Introduction to Locating
Learn what makes a great location and what the best locations are. Learn the fundamentals of placing machines and working with the location owners.
Session Four
Setting Up Your Route
Be introduced to location companies who can secure the locations for you. Fill out the requested paperwork and submit a request for locations. Be introduced to different charities that work with vendors in helping them grow their business. Understand the interactions with the secured locations.
Session Five
Understanding Your 4 Select
Learn about the internal workings of your machines. Go through an in-depth manual on your machines and become familiar with the machine and its assembly steps. Learn how to set up the dispensing for each product and fill the machine.
Session Six
Maintain and Service Your Route
Learn how to organize a successful route and route mapping. Understand the forms used for vending routes and how to keep good records. Go through the steps of servicing your machines and analyze your current route and locations to make sure you are becoming successful.

Discuss and create business goals with steps
Now that you understand the vending industry and have machines on location bringing in revenue it is time to set strong business goals and discuss the steps needed to achieve those goals. Review and analyze each location and any possible improvements and product offerings.
